Trevor Pearlman
Founder & Chairman
Trevor Pearlman is the Founder and Chairman of Tregan Partners. Mr. Pearlman has developed, financed and led Tregan’s investment in mineral and royalty interests spanning 200+ acquisitions over the past several years. Prior to his focus on mineral rights, Mr. Pearlman was a prolific real estate investor who purchased and developed residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. Mr. Pearlman previously founded Edge Group, which, in partnership with Starwood Hotels & Resorts developed, entitled and designed a sixty-acre mixed used development site just outside of the Las Vegas Strip. Mr. Pearlman sold his interest in the project in mid-2007 just prior to the commencement of construction as he noted the bubble-like conditions in Las Vegas and elsewhere in the U.S. Prior to his work in real estate, Mr. Pearlman co-founded wireless cell phone tower company Alamosa Holdings, which at its peak provided wireless communication services to over 12 million subscribers in the U.S. Alamosa was taken public in 2000 and was then sold to Sprint for $3.5B in 2005. Prior to founding Alamosa, Mr. Pearlman, along with partner Reagan Silber, co-founded law firm Silber Pearlman, LLP, which they sold in 2000. Following the sale, Mr. Pearlman and Mr. Silber co-founded family office Tregan Partners, which would facilitate many of their investments. Mr. Pearlman earned his JD from Southern Methodist University (SMU) where he was elected student body President and earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin where he was elected student body Vice President.

Kevin Clegg
Vice President
Kevin Clegg is the Vice President of Tregan Partners, where he focuses on fund strategy, transaction due diligence, and active management of the portfolio’s assets. Mr. Clegg previously served as Director of Underwriting and Engineering and is responsible for the foundation of Tregan’s financial modeling and technical processes. Throughout his tenure at Tregan he has maintained a prominent role in fundraising and investor relations, served as a member of the team’s investment committee, and led negotiation and deal structuring for large scale divestitures. Mr. Clegg previously worked for Chevron North America in multiple project management and technical roles on a $6B project within the company’s Deepwater Gulf of Mexico business unit. Mr. Clegg received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with high honors and earning induction to the Phi Beta Kappa society. While attending the University of Texas, Mr. Clegg authored a thesis on the 21st Century Energy Transition and received Engineering, Presidential, and National Merit scholarships.

Ryan Pearlman
Director of Business Development
Ryan Pearlman is the Director of Business Development at Tregan Partners. Mr. Pearlman previously worked for two years in the commercial real estate industry where he assisted senior management in $80 mm of commercial real estate acquisitions and represented both tenants and property owners in various deals. Having started his first business at age 15, Ryan is a self-starter who has significant experience developing and implementing business strategies. Mr. Pearlman received his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Development from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Real Estate.

Amber Coakley
Controller
Amber Coakley is the Controller of Tregan Partners. Ms. Coakley previously founded Coakley SBS, a Plano, TX based business services firm that provided accounting and business process engineering services to private and public businesses in a variety of industries. While at Coakley SBS, Ms. Coakley designed accounting databases and was responsible for the firm’s operations, marketing and accounting services. Prior to founding Coakley SBS, Ms. Coakley served as Controller and Data Architect for the Law Offices of Reagan Silber and Trevor Pearlman and for the Dallas law firm Baron & Budd, P.C.

Jodie Elgin
Staff Accountant
Jodie Elgin is an accountant at Tregan Partners. Ms. Elgin is a former senior accountant at Ernst & Young Thailand and has also worked as an accountant at Coakley SBS, based in Plano, TX. Ms. Elgin earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Thailand’s Srinakharinwirot University.
